A reward? I would recommend a poll at the end of every month about what your patreon subscribers would like. The most voted one could be drawn by you. The options would be chosen by comments.

Reward idea? Perhaps a suggestion box or voting poll for simple two panel comic ideas. Like a simple two panel piece for a set up and punchline. From there the options could be something comically fun, something sexier and something other that can be its own thing entirely.
