The horns are a little bit small no? Also if you go with the smile, the smile looks more nervous or shy to me. Doesn't quite reach the eyes if that makes sense? Other than that everything looks gorgeous.

it might just be me but the hips area seems slightly small in comparison to the rest of the body proportions? It may just be the pose, but I feel like they could be a bit wider, don’t take that as gospel though- other than that, it’s really good!

Smile is obviously the best option as the tongue out makes it look like you are mind broken or something. Which even if you assume the pillow will be a fuck toy is not alluring which is self defeating. I wonder about all of the fabric, like even if it is sheer it is not needed. Like it would just get in the way of activities implied to come. I also the horns seem to be shorter than your model by like an inch or two perhaps. You also seem to be missing your moles, though don't know if that is a detail to be added later or not. Speaking of said details you seem to be lacking pubic hair, usually in hentai the mark of a mature woman.
