Streaming vs Downloading (Patreon)

I'm having some trouble finding a suitable video host to place my early release videos, such that they may be embedded, password protected, and streamed through Patreon. As it stands, all the sites I've tried are not suitable for the reasons detailed in my previous post. 

Which leaves me with having to attach the videos to my announcement posts for downloading instead of streaming. It's not exactly mobile friendly, and my concern at the moment is that mobile users might tap the download link and accidentally bust their data plans.

That said, I'd love to get some opinions on the matter. Do note that this only affects the early release videos for Patrons.
