Patreon's Fee Structure (Patreon)

So patreon will be updating their Fee Structure this coming December 18

Correct me if I'm wrong so basically what they're trying to do is in order to support the content creators they had to charge the patrons more than what they currently pledge for?

Given the information, how the eff could I accept the payment knowing the new structure is basically screwing patrons over?  

Why fix what isn't broken Patreon?????

For those who would like to cancel their pledge, I completely understand and you have every right to do so, especially to those who are struggling financially. The problem solely lies in Patreon's system. 

Given the circumstances and I know this is the worst time to do this but I would like to take this opportunity to say...
