SilverBJ - Update v2 (Patreon)

Hello All!  I've updated SilverBJ with a few changes:

* Fixed error that caused the character to freeze if no audio was loaded
* Set volume sliders min value to zero
* Added a "guess pose" when the plugin is deactivated after being active on scene load
* Added integration with a new, WIP plugin
