so im still new to patreon and havent fully explored it yet. when i checked the patrons section and filtered it out to cancelled, i saw there's 2 and it is in the same day when they joined. so my question is, did they accessed my content and after seeing it for that short time and then cancelled it after they're done?

I checked my Paypal and it seems that you need to fix your settings because people who join should pay upfront. People who notice that they don’t have to pay when they newly join leave immediately after saving the pics.

They are commonly referred as “Cum and Go” consumers, lol. You can also block them from ever joining you again if I’m not mistaken.

Exactly. I don’t know why Paypal’s default setting isn’t upfront payment anyway. So many small artists get scammed because of it.

thank you so much for the help! i changed it now to pay upfront first. i was hesitant to click that charge upfront when i created this patreon because i was afraid that it'll draw potential subscribers away, but now i know. so thank you so much guys!!!
