New 3D Print Model, Full Rulebook, New Community Features (Patreon)

Last week we released the new Battle Sisters Champion model that made Grimdark Future fans rejoice, but what about Age of Fantasy fans?

Full Rulebooks

Over the past week we've been focusing more and more on the updated versions of the Full Rulebooks, and today we've got the first preview to show you! :D

This is very much a WIP, but there's a couple of cool new things for you to pay attention to, such as the new art style of the diagrams and a new section on terrain placement.

The extra missions have also been slightly updated:

• Seize Ground - Objectives are now placed at the center of each quarter, outsize deployment zones
• Sabotage - Objectives are now placed 12" away from the player's table edge
• Breakthrough - Objtives are now placed at the center of the player's deployment zones, 12" away fro mthe table edge
• King of the Hill - The objective is now placed over 9" away from deployment zones and table edges

We've also decided that the rulebooks will now have 3 sections: basic rules, advanced rules, and total conversions

Total Conversions are basically new systems that are placed on top of the base game and modify it substantially to provide a new experience, such as the command & control or the suppression systems.

We're not completely sure about the "Total Conversion" name yet, so we're open to suggestions!

New Forum

Not many of you may realize this, but right now all of the forum rewards are given manually by me whenever someone joins the Patreon.

As the community keeps growing this has become more and more of a hassle, so in order to streamline the process we're going to have to switch from Proboards to Discourse, as there is a Patreon integration with it that automates the process.

Simply log on using your Patreon account and you'll instantly get access to the patrons-only sections of the forum.

I know that it's going to get some time to get used to the new interface, however I'm sure that with some small tweaks here and there we can get a gret forum going!

We're going to make an official announcement at the end of this week, and then we're going to be shutting down the old forum a couple of weeks after that.

New Facebook Group

Some players suggested that we create a Facebook group because they like how easy it is to share pictures and ideas on there, so of course we created one. :D

Honestly I don't have much more to say about this, there's already a couple post in there and we're somehow already on the way toward 100 members, which makes me very happy.

Rewards Poll

Finally, last week we had a quick poll regarding some new patreon rewards, and little over 100 votes later we got the results.

This has been really interesting and has made us re-think our strategy in terms of what we want to do with our upcoming paper miniature releases.

Right now we're thinking that we're going to be adding new One-Off games as Tier 2+ rewards, starting with the first release in early April (will probably make a poll for that soon).

Then the paper miniatures will be released for free in black & white, and we're going to have 2 colored versions, with only 1 available for Tier 1+ patrons, and the 2 of them available for Tier 2+ patrons.

What we're trying to do here is make sure that everyone gets something new and shiny every month, regardless of which tier they are supporting us at.
