Hello,

With the upcoming release of the 3rd wave armies you might be wondering whats up next for us, so here's a small list of things are are going to be working on in the near future.

These are in no particular order, and we'll probably be adding more stuff as things move along, but at least you'll have kind of an idea of what to expect.

New Units:

Whilst we were working on the 3rd wave armies a ton of new cool models have been released, so well be working on rules to add them to our games. You can expect new units for the orcs, soul-snatchers, battle brothers, havoc brothers and goblins. 

Full Rulebook: 

The full rulebook is going to be getting a big facelift with a new layout and the addition of cover art, background textures and decorative illustrations. On top of that we are going to be adding a ton of advanced rules for things such as fog of war, extra actions, vehicle damage tables, command & control, morale attrition, unit fatigue, stress under fire, multi-based models and small-scale battles (6mm/10mm/15mm).

Campaign Rules:

In the last edition of our games we had a campaign system laid out for GFF and AoFS, which we would like to re-work and bring back for everyone to enjoy. This time around however our goal is to create a campaign system that can work for both the regular games and the skirmish games, so that it's easy to switch between them without having to re-learn how campaigns work. Not sure if that's possible, so in the worst case we'll just have to develop two separate systems.

Objective Cards:

Inspired by the amazing battle reports released by wyloch's armory on youtube we would like to develop our own official objective cards system that anyone can pick up and play with. Right now we are thinking of different ways to change up the existing formula into something that feels more "ours", but in the worst case if we feel like that's not really working then we might just link wyloch's system on the homepage for easy access.

Balance Update:

This is something for the long run, however we're working on some balance updates for the game that will ensure that all armies have some base units that can deal with different types of threats. Basically right now not every army is equipped with the tools to tackle specific enemies such as hordes, tanks, etc. and so we'll be giving each army options so that they aren't left behind. This will also come with a major re-working of how spells work and what type of spells each army can use, and in order to keep the balance every army will have access to a basic psychic/wizard unit.
