Fun fact: Taeyang was present at Lisa’s audition and he was very moved by how she flew all the way to Korea on her own as a 14 year old kid so he told their CEO that she is very talented and will do very well. Lisa’s first public appearance was also in Taeyang’s music video as a backup dancer back when she was a trainee and she covered some of his songs for her monthly evaluations too. So they have a very organic friendship bond, this collab is a full circle moment for our Lisa. She was at the studio one day and Taeyang randomly played her the song and asked if she’d like to be on it since he wanted a female voice and the rest was history :)
