First, TYSM for the reaction! I really love that he has his own thing with music and he knows how to express it. Sorry for writing a super long comment but I read about one interpretation of this song's lyrics from one fan and I thought I should tell you guys too. 'She looking at me with no patience' This line means a stone waiting to be manufactured as a diamond and the reason y this is his A course is that he always did that with music and made it successful! 'Ladies' and 'Egg yolk' also imply these stones. However, there's a problem. He doesn't know how to cook eggs (hehe) In other words, how to live. Still, he doesn't get stressed cause although he doesn't know how to cook eggs, the right way to live life, he has always been doing well with his life. So he only wants Egg Yolk to make it into a diamond with Gorden Ramsey's help. (No appetiser, no main dish.) Gorden Ramsey is representing a helper, meaning whenever he encounters a problem in his life, he can get through with others (staff, members, etc) help. about the bridge when Mark sings, 'When it's all said and done girl I want you. Everything means nothing if I'm alone' This also means how helpers like Gorden Ramsey around him are so important that he thinks it is meaningless if he's alone even when he succeeds. 'Hop on a flight, Cruise, Just walking, being a real freak' are the ways to tackle challenges in his life. The narration part shows how Mark is always thinking about who he really is and how it is connected to 'wait, but what does that mean?' and calling Gordon Ramsey is again calling other helpers around him to figure out any hard questions and challenges in his life. I hope this made sense! this is not official and I know it can be wrong but I was sad that some people think these lyrics are meaningless or dissing Gorden Ramsey. I love how Mark is so true and being himself when it comes to solo and I hope fans would also understand him.
