I agree with everything you said at the end. The vocalist you were wondering about is Swan. Having Mamamoo as their Big Sisters, is a plus when it comes to vocals, I am sure. Can you imagine what a girls night. at a Company Karaoke, would sound like OMG!!!! LOL

The vocalist you like is Swan (in Korean written Su-an, her real name is Soojin). Purple Kiss basically have three main vocalists: Swan, Goeun and Chaein, and they have (rightly because they're amazing!) been promoted pretty heavily by RBW, and have (less rightly?) been given many of the lines in their songs. With Sweet Juice it feels like sub-vocalists Dosie and Ireh have been given more attention, to the delight of many PK fans! At least I get the impression that they've been sort of overlooked in the vocals department, and while I do love Swan's voice, it's really really nice to get more of Dosie and Ireh. Then there is Yuki, the rapper, and I agree that the rap almost feels kind of redundant and out of place in this song. She's an amazing rapper, writes (almost?) all of her own lyrics even though Korean is not her first language (she's Japanese), and usually I feel like her raps complement their songs really well. I'm having a hard time remembering if she's ever sung on one of their tracks? I'm sure she would do a great job singing, but I'm not so sure a PK title track without a Yuki rap verse or two would go down super well with the PK fandom.
