Hi French blink here, a guy from the Tv team said they had to do some post stuff to fix the sound because yes they didn't expect the crowd to be that loud. As for the violinist he's just playing it more "real" it's hard to loop a sample done digitally when you actually play the violon live.

Yeah the broadcasters said they would have to work hard to make sure the girls were heard in post editing bc they couldn't hear them over the crowd.

I was also so annoyed that they included so many crowd pan shots on Lisa's parts. Like it was so noticeable and we didn't get to see some of the best parts of her choreo 😭 And yeh, the mixing was a bit of a problem. The crowd was so loud for the girls!

I think Daniel’s violin was a bit off because prior to Shut Down he performed the original La Campanella and he already broke two stings in his bow.

Always love your reactions! There’s something so powerful about the orchestra during pink venom I wish we had a studio version of it. Also if rumors are correct, a France 2 employee revealed that day that Blackpink will be returning to France for an encore concert this summer at Stade de France. Imagine 80K French/European blinks in one stadium. At this point they just need to get dual citizenship 😂😩

yall should come to france next time for kpop concert, usually artists come to the zenith (that's were the gala was hosted) which is an AMAZING venue and the crowds are the craziest

A little background this was actually an charity event and blinks brought up most of the tickets when they heard the girls were going to be preforming! As for the shutdown I agree I don’t think the ppl who organized the event thought that the blinks would be that overpowering

The charity event is organized by the wife of France's president. There are photos of her attending Blackpink's Paris concert and I would assume she personally asked the pinks to perform.
