yeah to your eternity's second season is out rn! i think there's been 6 or 7 episodes out, i need to get caught up too some recent favorites of mine have been haikyuu, idolish7, and sasaki and miyano :) haikyuu is super hype, intense, and fun, idolish7 is about a bunch of idols and the music industry and is really well-made/interesting/funny/and can be dark when dealing with the darker topics of the idol industry, and sasaki and miyano is a super wholesome romance anime <3

I've seen ouran high school like > 50 times. Love it so much! Other favs samurai champloo, baccano, jujitsu kaisen. So many favs cant list them all. Just finished demon slayer season 1 and the movie.

I think it's totally valid to pause and rewind on shows since there's a narrative and sometimes you just got to rewatch a scene because a) it can get overwhelming or b) you just wanna fully appreciate the scene again. :D I haven't watched much anime myself lately. Haikyuu and SxF are the two shows that I still follow. Still need to catch up on Kaguya-sama but that's a fun one too.

I would 100% recommend Kaguya-sama love is war. It’s a romcom and a emotional ride.

Ouran is too good! I've watched it so many times until I couldn't find it anymore. Having it on Netflix now really made me cry haha. I looooooove Samurai Champloo. Amazing soundtrack too!

Facts about the sound track. Have you checked out terror in resonance. Same director as samurai champloo and cowboy bebop. Great music. But very different. If you like jazzier sound tracks, kids on the slope.

You could include Painsaw Man while you're catching up. To me, Chainsaw Man is the best anime that's out right now. The animation, cinematography, score, voice acting, and story have been all TOP NOTCH. I would also suggest Mob Psycho 100.
