Subscription Billing Enabled (Patreon)

Not long ago, Patreon rolled out the option for us to use subscription date billing vs 1st of the month billing.  For most of you, this means nothing.  You will continue being charged on the 1st of the month.  However, new Patrons from this point forward will be billed on the day they joined each month.  So if you join on the 15th, they will be billed on the 15th each following month.

This is probably what most people expect.  It also simplifies things for me a bit because in the past, I've promoted my work more aggressively at the start of each month and then taper off to avoid people joining near the end.
