Disabling new annual subscriptions (Patreon)

I'm disabling new annual subscriptions for the time being.  A member who recently became an annual member had his account unexpectedly suspended due to "suspicious" activity.  What was considered suspicions?  After doing some research on Reddit, it was probably the use of a VPN.

Anyhow, since his account was suspended, its gone, and there's no way for me to refund him via Patreon's tools.  We've both contacted Patreon support for guidance.  In the meantime, I've disabled new annual subscriptions until this gets sorted out.
