I remember that when this scenes were in the manga , the Black clover fans theorised that Licht's unborned child was reincarnated into Yuno's body and since he didn't have any malice against humans and wasn't really aware of himself because being so small ,Yuno got his potential and latent magic power boost but kept his own mind and personality . I don't remember if this was resolved that way but guess we'll see
