The winner of march was Ragoo Laront from Nekojishi.   

I gotta say I loved his design a lot, but it was very hard to find some good pictures for him, so, some of his design is kinda invented. In any case, I would probably go back and draw him again in teh future. This spiky dragon needs more love.
