Fortnightly Update 100: The Big One Oh Oh (Patreon)
Content
Hey everyone! And I mean everyone, just this once i'm making the blog available to all tiers because it's a milestone :) On this update i'll have three art WIPs to share and some cool holiday updates!
Art Stuff
Firstly, if you're a fan of bunny gals check out this piece my BF did that I provided shading for while we were staying in Tonopah, NV. I'd probably be happy just being a colourist :P
I have been working on the Monthly art for April - lined the second panel today and i'm super happy with the expression here:
I've also been making a bit of progress on that Firecat piece that I sketched a week ago. I've got a habit of avoiding the first frame of things...:
If any of you have enjoyed the Pokebesties and Princess Wish sequences that me and my BF have collaborated on before then hopefully my third project right now might be of interest too! He's been after an Elora TF for ages and put together a rough layout for a comic that's finally gotten me onboard. I'm currently sketching the first half of it ontop of his rough layout:
I'll have the finished sketch (and a clearer look at my BF's outline) for Deer Friends in a couple days, and there's a second half where the new Spyro and Elora get intimate that i'll be working on after. Very excited for this big collab, and with luck i'll have it finished just intime for him visiting in summer! Speaking of...
Life Stuff
I posted my last update halfway through my easter trip to America, i'm now back in the UK. I spend every day missing diner style breakfasts. Black Bear Diner has been usurped by PJ and Co. in Reno, check out this crazy plate with the biggest pancake i've ever had:
It's always super sad leaving my BF behind at the airport, but I was at least blessed with amazing views out of the window. The top left quadrant of the photo is Reno, you can see the airport, GSR (where their furcon is held in October iirc) and downtown:
Anyway, business as usual! Plant Updates have been a staple of these blogs since almost the beginning, and my Monstera is still growing like crazy. Compare the monster leaf below to one in 2022!
It was my birthday yesterday, and turning 29 really was as uneventful as you'd expect. Putting at the end of the blog felt fitting :P I'm gonna be thirty next year, that's the big one. Maybe i'll draw some weird new kink as a celebration...
Anyways, thank you as always for your support! Your patronage is how I get to maintain my long distance relationship and what drives me to work so hard on the weird art I make. I hope you have a lovely rest of your weekend and I'll be back with a rough sketch and early access to the monthly art hopefully in the next week!
Ciao for now!
