Recent payment declines ｜近日付款被拒情況｜最近の支払い拒否 (Patreon)

Dear Members

An issue with the Patreon payment partner is causing your Patreon payments to be declined and erroneously flagged as fraudulent by the banks. You might see some payments declined.

If you reach out to them about a decline, you can follow these steps:

1. Contact your card issuer to confirm the charge is valid and retry that card.

2. If the retry does not work, try a different payment method. You can edit your payments in the settings, under Billing History

由於Patreon合作金流商近日升級系統時有部分系統錯誤導致會員訂閱支付被標記為詐欺，可能導致您的付款被拒絕。若您遭遇付款被拒，您可以按照以下步驟操作：

1. 請聯繫發卡銀行並且向銀行確認費用正確後重試該卡付款

2. 如果重試無效，請嘗試其他付款方式。會員可以在“設定”中的“賬單歷史記錄”下編輯其付款

支払いの金額は定額より上がると銀行から詐欺だと判断されて支払いを拒否されてしまします。

もしこの問題にあった場合は

以下の手順に従ってください。

1. 該当銀行に連絡して、この金額は本人の消費と確認してからもう一度支払ってください。

2.無効の場合は他の支払いを選んでください。

“設定”→“ Billing History”から編集お願い致します。
