Yeah these two have issues with each other.

For some background: Honey meets Roux when she's stuck in Waltz's manor. Roux is a client of Waltz'. She likes to show up unannounced and make everything about her.

Roux will be nice and talkative with Honey in one moment and belittling and cruel in the next, which you can imagine is very annoying to deal with. Honey is constantly going from thinking "Maybe Roux isn't so bad!" to "Nevermind..."

As for Roux, she initially liked Honey but she constantly needs to put others down and have them submit and when Honey doesn't obey or shower her in praise like her usual orbiter "friends" she gets very angry and she actually thinks Honey hates her. So in her mind Honey is the one being emotionally manipulative and cruel.
