Rig Update Lara Croft (Patreon)

Since the Overwatch project has given us new problems to solve, it has also answered a lot of other questions that went wrong in the Lara rig.

As I do want to do work with Lara, the rig and weight painting needs an overhaul. 

Also have a new thank you poster to do which will require Lara to be updated. 

Hoping to have this done by tonight so can crack on with everything else on the plate.
