I'm excited for this - and while I understand that a mass tf story can't really depict detailed slow tfs I would wish that not all tfs are simple instant tfs! Maybe dedicate one page for the changes or have someone deal with being partial transformed, that would be great I think. :)

You might want to change US to U.S. with the punctuation, its easy to guess but with the font it would still be read as an us team without it. And why does the post have the Girlfriend's Revenge schedule?

Minor nitpick: when all the text is in capital letters, acronyms like "US" should be spelled "U.S." to differentiate them from the word "us".

I was thinking about motivations, using Jurassic park logic the Y chromosome is DNA that is deliberately incomplete. And pregnancy is a process that already has mental and physical changes. So why couldn't an advanced enough alien race repair the DNA and initiate pregnancy with hybrid offspring to gain the immunological protections of the natives to the planet? Seems a way to establish a colony without having to teraform the already living planet.

The Jurassic Park Logic, all vertebrate organisms are inherently female it just requires an extra step in development to make them male, we simply deny them that. - - playing off that logic repair the damages of that ;)
