Update progress (Patreon)

I've been a bit slow to prepare the last patch before the bigger updates due to the fact i wanted to add a little surprise scene, but considering it's causing me some little issues and would ask me even more time, i'll still release the patch for next week before focus on the main story update, then I'll try to add this scene either before the update or inside it as i wanted it to be available before christmas.
You'll find in this patch:
- Reworked locations  with new render like the house foyer
- New phone message system
- Reworked scene and little additional one around
- Updated navigation menu on the new screens I'll still improve it following your reviews
- New locations

-Slightly updated James model

- Fix of typos and bugs as well as some old renders replaced by better one
