Question about google drive (Patreon)

Some people recently approached me and complained about google drive download issue where google will block them from downloading because of a public quota where if reached then noone can download a specific file for 24hrs. So I want to know if other people are experiencing the same issues aswell.

Honestly I really cant do anything with it since its google that enforcing it so the only solution is to change a cloud service

I pay for google drive storage annually so I still want to use it but if the issues are too annoying for you guys then i can maybe change to Mega and buy more storage there.
