After discovering secret DNA experiments at the Team Rocket HQ, Jessie avoids getting caught by injecting herself with the only sample of the experimental fusion serum. The end result is an almost immesurable increase in stamina, resistance and especially physical strength. 

After defeating TR members and pokémon alike with no effort at all, Jessie proclaimed herself the new leader of Team Rocket, and proceeded to persue her goals with ease. She took down Ash and his friends, flicking the young trainer into orbit, enslaving Brock (who had absolutely nothing against it) and Misty, and ordering James and every other member to worship and serve her.

This is a record of her trying to discover the limits of her newfound strength, utilizing a gravity chamber and 200 psychic pokémon to increase the weight of a 500 Ton boulder to 10 trillion tons. She made sure to have her pet with her, even holding her head up so she could see how unstoppable she really was as she held the weight of literal mountains effortlessly above her head.
