As she won in the Poll, here is my attempt at Lulu! 

I decided to lean towards the outfit she appears to be receiving as part of her rework. Perhaps she won't end up looking like this, but I enjoyed drawing it nonetheless.

And if you don't think the outfit suits her, I added a version without most of the clothing.
