Behind the Scenes: Commission Notes (Patreon)

With my commission slots opened up once again, I thought I'd take this opportunity to show you all how I organize myself. If you've gotten a commission from me before you've probably heard me say something like "I'll put this in my notes", but if you were curious about how my notes look, here's a little mockup version of them!

Basically I have a private Google Doc labeled "Commission Notes" with a table. Whenever one of my clients gives me info on what they'd like for a commission, I write down their name, what type of drawing they want, and what they want drawn as soon as I can. It helps keep all their info in one convenient spot and prevents my ADHD-having ass from forgetting about them. Sometimes people still slip through the cracks but otherwise it's a nice little system I got going for me.
