Finally finished this piece, both clothed and nude versions!

As usual, the background is what held me back the most. I was having trouble trying to figure out how to make something that was simultaneously nice-looking, easy to make, and fit with my art style. I was at an impasse until I was hit with some inspiration from playing Sea of Thieves, one of the prettiest-looking online games I've played in a while. Had a lot of fun experimenting with brushes and color, and the end result is certainly something I'm proud of.

Still, I definitely learned that I should really work on backgrounds during the sketching phase. I keep making a super-rough mockup on paper with the assumption that I could just wing it in Photoshop, but every time I just end up making a more refined sketch in the digital coloring phase of the picture.
