To get in the Spooktober mood I draw up some random creepy images.

From left to right, top to bottom:

Tower Climber- this one was inspired by a video I saw long ago of a man with a GoPro climbing up a radio tower to fix the light on top. Being scared of both heights and climbing ladders, it was hard to watch for me.

Tall Mother- This was based off a Tumblr post listing off several speculative Silent Hill games, namely the Pyramid Head expy for the setting involving a person who murdered at a young age.

Drowning Car- This was inspired by the short film "It's such a beautiful day" by Don Hertzfeldt, the third in an animated trilogy about a man named Bill suffering from mental illness. During one scene he has a dream about looking over a seaside cliff edge, where cars that have driven over the cliff lay below the water, their headlights turning on and off with the undertow. It's a haunting film, and has left quite an impact on me.

The Barber- An almost-forgotten character of mine, inspired by the popularity of Slender Man, Jeff the Killer, the Rake, and many other Creepypasta "celebrity" monsters. I attempted to create my own, called "The Barber". His shtick was that you'd wake up suddenly strapped to a barber's chair wrapped in a filthy gown, and he'd proceed to give you a "haircut", but because he couldn't see or hear (he either had a stitched-up face or one that was flat, like a clay figure with its face sliced off), he'd just end up mutilating your head, slicing off bits with rusty scissors. Never really did anything with him, though.

Hallway- I've had many nightmares in the past that involve wandering dark, dimly-lit hallways that looked like they belonged in an underground and/or abandoned building. The walls would be made of old concrete or wood, with rust stains and mold dribbling down the edges.

Toilet Hands- Based off of an actual encounter I had in a public bathroom- someone in the stall next to me reached over and grabbed my foot for no reason. I stomped at his hand and ran out of there as fast as I could. Even before then, bathroom stalls always make me anxious. The big gaps in the corners remove any notion of privacy.
