The Halo reference really got me thinking of a Augment Gothic in Halo kind of story I wouldn't mind reading once you've done with this one though not with his knowledge of this story it would be a fresh Gothic lol I'd love to see what he could do with Halo based technology

Joseph Orlando

My focus has been entirely on the here and now with this story, but sometimes, in moments where I'm struggling to write something, I do sometimes think of the future. Unfortunately, Halo isn't a world I'm all that knowledgeable about.

Might not even be a dimension with hostile natives. Might just be one with hostile laws of physics.

War sage

So I was wondering as time goes by will Q or Gothic Patron put other things in Gothic mind as I'm curious as to the potential chaos/fun this could lead to I'm curious to see how Gothic nanotechnology would compare to say the Borg's Damn the sheer amount of technological innovation in Gothic armor would both fascinated and terrified those in the Federation and Starfleet. Thinking about it with how long the Flighty Temptress has been gone I'm wondering if people on Bajor, DS9 and Sloan are curious on where they are.

Joseph Orlando

Gothic's patron is truly hand's off. He's not doing anything, though Q is. Gothic's nanotech is pretty advanced, but still nowhere near the Borg version from the Star Trek Prime universe, where they'd have centuries of murder and subjugation of some pretty advanced races to refine it further. The journey from Bajor to Earth, is roughly 6 weeks, though different sources say different shit. In fact, I'd have to look back on earlier chapters to see what I decided on. With the little sojourn to help that Federation colony world, he was delayed further. That said, he saved a lot of time with his jump through the slipstream. By the time he comes back to his home universe, he might be pretty close to the true travel it would have required him at warp.
