Ashalla was the capital city of the planet Bajor. (DS9 - Mission: Gamma novel: Twilight; DS9 short story: "Ha'mara") Rugal Pa'Dar and his adoptive Bajoran parents, Proka Migdal and Proka Etra, were living in Ashalla in the year 2370, just before Rugal was returned to Cardassia Prime.
