Now the beach pack is completed, I felt like creating models. As Lara was greatly missing in the catalogue, I thought it was a good idea to start with her.

What do you think of her ?

Brilliant, will there be more models before the end of the month?

I really like it, just wish she was around for the poll so we could have voted for her. :-P I have to say though, I was surprised to learn you use the same base model for all the models you make, and it really shows when it comes to the faces, which all start to look a bit too much the same. It looks more like one girl cosplaying a bunch of different characters. But the quality of the models are so good it's easy to overlook and I guess if that's the worst I can say about them, they're still great. And by the time Lara is getting railed by two green goblin fuckers, I'm sure any complaints I would have had would go right out the window. XD

Looks great! what base model would that be @dingo1489? ^^

Luscious!

A detailed comment deserves a detailed answer. :) Beyond the "if they look like this, it's because of my style", using the same base models allows me to easily switch from one model to another in the Sequencer room (since all my models share the same base). It also avoids some clipping issues with faces and mouth when I'm creating animations (see next tutorial on monday ;). Last reason is I've always had very good results with the Zhin base so... "do not change a winning team !" I can tell you though I have almost 50 face presets but I always have to make some modifications to get the best result for a new model. So I'm rather OK with this way of doing. :)

Switching models in the sequencer is a feature I genuinely forgot existed, so that actually makes a whole of sense. I appreciate this answer, because now I'll remember to use it when I go back to making videos. I was lamenting the fact that it seemed most of my favorite models have the same Sylvia base, but now I know how to use that to my advantage, now that you reminded me. Would have saved me a lot of time on some of my projects. :-P

If you already have a lot of Sylvia-based models, you'll have good results if you use my models' face presets (the face mesh is pretty much the same). I don't recommend to do that on Kaylani, Coco or Cindy-based models though... Ugliness guaranteed !
