When should rewards be send? (Patreon)

I have wanted to do a change in this matter, some people miss the rewards because i send the links to the folders and they have not been charged by Patreon or they don't read the updates where i explain that the rewards are in their folders.

i Want to stop sending folders, and just send the links of the CG sets (this would also mean there wouldn't be accesses to the sketch portfolio or my characters designs. but i rarely upload something in those folders. so i would just post the sketch and the characters designs for all.)
