This is the Climax stage, although really, they've been climaxing for most of the stages This is where the spiritual deal is sealed, and the soon-to-be-expectant mother is marked. This is for the crossed spears decoration - note that the game has trouble seeing this as a WW location, so the best thing to do is to start the 5P interaction somewhere near, and then manually switch over to the spears.
