UPDATE 267 - Triple-Ended Gang Bang + Effects Update (Patreon)

I've experimented with a lot of other effects but really, this is the only one that sort of came close to what it was supposed to be. Is squirting something you'd be interested to have, or would you prefer it to be optional?
