If Patreon is declining your payment (Patreon)

Hi, we have a bit of news, not directly related to SlutCraft, but important nonetheless. Some of our wonderful players have encountered a small issue on Patreon. It looks like their payment is just being declined!

Here's what we've been told by Patreon representatives:

An issue with a payment partner is causing a slightly higher-than-normal number of your patron payments to be declined by their banks. We've traced the increased declines back to payments system upgrades required by one of our processing partners. Patrons might see some payments declined while changes take effect.”

If you've encountered this frustrating problem and can't support us at the moment, don't worry! We have some friendly advice for you: a) Try a different payment method - different banks have different partners, so maybe switching cards in the payment history settings will work like magic!; b) If you don't have another card, try contacting your bank and ask them to approve the payment. You are not a fraudster!
