Upcoming alpha test and new addition to the team — 30th update news (Patreon)

Need some water here, it’s so hot! Hello everyone, we’ve got some good news that are impossible to stay quiet about!! You might want to take a seat, because we are starting!

Many probably noticed how many new people the last four patches brought in? It’s true... and it’s something to be proud of! It means we’re moving in the right direction and in order to keep up, we must become even better. And now that we have the ability to hire seasoned professionals — we shall do so! Mid August, we had to say goodbye to our programmer at the time, and had to make a small change to our team by hiring a no less experienced one!

A few words from the man himself:

Hi! I’m glad to become a part of the Shadow Portal Team, and will now be responsible for the technical side of the game. By the way, my hobbies are coding and hentai, so it’s a pleasure to now be doing both things at the same time. Thanks! :)

Upon joining the team, our new addition made a few useful changes to the game’s backend that will help the game look better and richer — you will notice these changes in the upcoming update. We are looking forward to a long while of strong cooperation together. We thank them for joining us, but now is the time for other news.

In the announcement post, we said that the first pregnancy day scene could be included in this update. Unfortunately, after much deliberation, we decided to postpone this scene until a later update. We know we could abuse your boundless trust in us and delay the update until the scene is ready, but we will not, since we’re already behind schedule anyway. We’re going to focus on finishing and polishing the rest of the scenes for now, and soon will commence the  first alpha test of update 30. Due to unforeseen circumstances the release will happen slightly later than planned — a week or so at most. In some parts it was due to the huge scale of the scenes. While the update is being finished, we’ll show off a bit more teasers and share more plans regarding our growth — you won’t get bored, and then the update is already happening!  Don’t worry, things are happening, and we won’t leave you wondering in the dark regarding the update.
