Bug report (Patreon)

How to report a bug.
This post was created to set up a place to report errors, crashes, text in wrong language, stuck characters/events and other bugs. If you encountered something like this please provide us with following information via e-mail or by leaving a comment under this post:

• Your operating system (Windows / MacOS)
• Version of the game.
• From what chapter you have started playing.
• Short description of the bug and what you were doing when encountered it.
• Screenshot. Very important: Please make screenshots in such a way that error message text was readable.
• Save game before the bug.

You can attach screenshots and/or save games to the e-mail or upload them to a file hosting.

The more information you provide - the higher are the chances that we'll track the bug down and fix it.

Known issues.

• If you're using a game build for MacOS make sure you've followed the instruction and given the necessary permissions.
• If you encountered a crash to desktop without error message then it is likely that the RAM shortage was the case. The game engine is very prone to memory leaks. We're always trying to optimise the memory usage but unfortunately not every hole can be plugged. Try closing other memory-hungry applications when running the game.
• Save games from older versions are likely to cause bugs. Fresh start is recommended.
