Good and bad news :)

The bad news first?

The market is almost as horrible as predicted. Can it still go a bit more sour? yes.

It's incredible how everybody is influencing each other with the negativity and causing it to drop further and further down. Starting from the day TOTAL2 was overextended, and maybe. a few days before, when we switched off Amika/Venka, one by one each influencer was turning bearish. At least for the short term.

Anyways, this is how crypto is. The good thing is opportunities never stop and that we know this is good for the market. The longer we run hot the larger the damage of an imminent correction.

And now the good news!

This drop in the price came with something I didn't have before to properly improve Lambo: bearish data in TradingView.

The 5 minute chart only spans for a few months back and when I designed Lambo we only had the data from 1st of February which has been mostly bull data with some smaller corrections.

And that's why Lambo was offered as a BETA test only.

I spent most of my time in the last 2 days analysing the new conditions and running backtests against the 114 supported tokens.

With the tweaks introduced this morning the signal backtests show 100% of all deals closing including the ones opened since beginning of April. The signal became a bit more conservative but not too much. That would harm the profits as well.

The chances of opening bad deals has been reduced significantly.

We are going to need to make a few changes to our Lambo DCA bot though:

  • disable stop loss
  • safety order step scale increased from 1 to 2

  • Simultaneous deals per same pair increased to 3
  • Cooldown between deals set to a full day: 86400 seconds

If we had all these new conditions + all the changes I made based on the new data in place since February we would have close 99.99% or all deals.

Does that mean that now we are out of BETA and there are no more risks?
Absolutely NOT.

Lambo trades many ALT coins and most of them are tanking with the market. Consider running Lambo only on paper trading.

The conditions of going from alt coin season 96 and suddenly turning bearish are very extreme and difficult to stay safe with a signal. Most signals and bots out there are taking a hit . I'm keeping most of my bots off. Lambo I have to keep it on as I still think I can improve it further (but you don't have to!).

What to do with the open deals from Lambo BETA tests?

I'm keeping them there but I manually removed the stop loss from each one of them.

They might take a while to close but that's fine.

"Cooldown between deals set to a full day: 86400 seconds" is this per coin/pair? could you please explain why a full day and not something different?

Lambo is a VIP signal, you need a VIP account. The signal is in development so you can wait for it to be ready before considering paying extra for something that is "work in progress"

yeh hopefully the market cools down a bit...it's VERY VERY challenging to design a signal that can survive these type of events!!! and they can even be way more extreme in crypto, so that's why we must look at charts...not every body but we need to keep an eye on what's going on.

Initially I would say I don't want to have two separated deals on the same pair as I don't want to buy more of a falling knife. By increasing the cooldown to a fullday I'm reducing slightly the likelihood of that. if a coin drops during a full week a lot every day you will still end up bad, but most coins don't do that...it's a compromise. If you want to stay safer keep the deals to only one per pair....if you want to take a bit more risk increase it but play with the cooldown to reduce 3 deals one worst than the other. Makes sense?
