Katida - small improvement (Patreon)

I'm reducing the "max active deals" of katida from 10 to 2. For some reason these signals are firing very rarely these days and it's not worth deploying enough funds for 10 deals when it's only using maximum of 2 at the time. 

This will make this bot reduce from 1000USD to 200USD the max usage. 

I will give those funds to Amika or Aleksandro as mentioned in the previous update.

If you change the funding remember the update the name of the bot accordingly (from 1K to 0.2K so you remember how much its got allocated).
