Once again, this is a courtesy from TrueEutopia, who take the time to do this list of facts using information extracted from the comic (via observation and deduction). I know people will find it useful. Thank you very much.

Thanks for clearing everything up, so three dots make the male not worthy of marriage, to put it shortly. I think it is that females are superior; homosexuality is hidden though on some occasions, it is within the power of the females to allow or deny it. It's no wonder, every male was in tryouts; I thought it was for fun, but what explains Phan Phan's job? I wanna know why men are forced to marry against their will for each earring? Lug can't get married, so that's why Theo is trying to get with him. When you say homosexuality is frequent, there are more than just Matt and Nobu, but I have a question, while the marriages are in progress, they can still fool around.

Oooh. So it was really Bruce that had sex with Phanphan in chapter II. I feel dumb not realizing it before.

There are some hints in the comic about that questions. Phan and Lena mentioned the "years of grace", and it was also mentioned the earring count the years until the marriage, and during that years the engaged males have some licences on his behavior. Phan choose to work on the burlesque in what Bruce call "rebellion phase" before marriage.

The information about the comic presented above will definitely be useful. Thank you for your hard work

So it’s like the last time to enjoy life, huh? Bruce says otherwise. They have a limit?

Oh well, the work of TrueEutopia is to be commended. I guess it must have taken a long time to figure out all these facts and make a list... Good job

Anhes would probably be able to answer this better, but I think when it comes to gay relationships after marriage I don’t think they are allowed, but whether someone can get away with having one anyway depends on the woman. Males are, as everything in this society, put in a subordinate role to the female in the relationship and how far they can push things is based on how much their wives care. For example, Carlo's wife is stated to not care very much what he does, which is how he is able to run Lush Puppies, and have extramarital relationships. Bruce's wife is also fine with him having sex with men, and even enjoys watching. For contrast, Bruce is stated as not having been seen since he was married, so he is likely being kept close to his wife. Gerard, Clarisse's husband, who she treats like a chauffeur is another good example. Hope that kind of helps.

It does, actually though this comic is still doing, so there are still more to answer, like why is Ella trying to force straight marriage on homosexuals and the deal with the grandmother hating such sexual acts. The males may be poor and need to get married to get higher up, like Carlo’s wife did. I guess they are happy in a sense that it is not out of love, but a cry for help.

Man, I had no idea there even WAS a chapter 3…I’m so far behind!

anhes

The Chapter 3 it's more focus on context and relationships rather than sex. In the pinned post you may find all the chapters in packs.

Unfortunately it looks like my tier isn't high enough...I'll have to come back to it later.
