The FCC is a censorship organization, as explained in Family Guy, the ban all things deemed sexual and cussing.

I think I speak for everybody when I say Lena’s going to be an easily hatable character. Could this be the end of Phan’s time working at the burlesque? Also, just how big of a role will Lena play in this story?

She's not that bad. She's only too old school. She's be interfering indirectly in future chapters, but rarely will be seen, she has Clarisse for that.
