I'm guessing that the dad is the boss cause bosses are always in the middle near the center window in movies and has something important news. Off-topic, but does he stay in that outfit? It'll be great reporting the Lug and Theo relationship status.

Yes, you got it, the one on the chair is the gradma (doing the classic dramatic chair scene X3) the masked man is a chaperone.

The dad is there for a reason, but the "boss" is the one in the chair that is not visible, the grandma ;-)

I like it. also, the masks and water really remind me of the engagement/wedding ceremony from page 25 of chapter 2.
