For those who want to see something a bit more bold with Star Fox characters. I also took the chance to experiment with another kind of style, soft and colorful. I think it works well for this kind of simpel desing and cartoonish faces, but what's your opinion?

Looking at this piece and new experimental style; I’d have to say it is definitely wonderfully emulates (fits matches well) to the animated feel the Star fox and the like characters bring without feeling ‘too toony.’ The colors and light draws in us works so well with the scene and the style of the characters. I’d say it is a great balanced look still very pretty to look at with less toony feel to it.

Nice ^^ It's relatively more quick to accomplish than other styles, so I was thinking on using it for short comics maybe. I must explore how it work for less toony faces.

Not great at making critique, but I like the style and think it works pretty well with the Star Fox characters. I especially like how Falco looks in this.
