Best explanation of the internet ever!

On YouTube there is a pilot of a real terrible Clerk's tv show. I know you don't react to tv, but in your free time you may want to watch Clerks the animated series. It was on ABC for 6 episodes. Kevin Smith wrote, produced and directed it.

so much fun going on this Kevin Smith journey with you. this movie is probably in my top two Kevin Smith movies alongside Clerks 2!!! i am loving seeing him evolve as a film maker, truly inspiring. budget helps but you can see his craftmanship getting better over time imo. This movie is so dense with references that everyone misses some here and there. i recognized the site made famous from an episode of Star Trek from the 60's that definitely wasn't an accident that Smith happened to film part of this movie in. this was so much fun, cant wait for the next watch along!!! /word salad over

You missed the after credit scene. I say go on with Clerks 2, Jay and Silent Bob Reboot, and Clerks 3. If you liked this that much you'll appreciate them a lot. Reboot is like the Avenger's End Game of the Viewaskewniverse franchise. Then go back and watch, at least, Jersey Girl, Zack and Miri Make a Porno, and Red State. And probably the rest of his films, too. To be fair I haven't seen Cop Out, Tusk or Yoga Hosers.

I hope you are able to find another way to do these as Vimeo is impossible to watch on most TVs, including the 2 smart TVs and PlayStation 5 that I have. Why can't these be on a private Youtube channel? Now for your exclusives, i am forced to watch from my computer only, which is never ideal. I still enjoy them, but I know there has to be a better way.

Bluntman and Chronic are real Kevin Smith comic books. Which are available at his store https://www.thesecretstashonline.com/ The Secret Stash store was the setting for the reality show Comic Book Men. Jennifer Scwalback is Kevin Smith's wife. The Child who played the young Smith is Harley Quinn Smith his daughter.

Hey sorry to hear this. I know, you've mentioned before -- its basically time code only on YT, and making two cuts of these full watches cuts into my time spent doing other projects. This has been the easiest for me so far to fit into my life. I think I'll bring it up on my live Friday and just take everyone's temperature on it. Thanks! :)

I totally understand. Time is very valuable. Thanks for hearing me and bringing it up with the other members. Keep up the great work!

I remember going on the moviepoopshoot website after this came out. For a while, you could sign up and post stuff, reply to Jay and Bob's post. I'm looking forward to Clerks 2. Also, there was a 6 episode Clerks: Animated Series that aired on ABC back in 2000. It was really funny. I think you'd love it. All the people came on to do their voices. It's funny hearing Jay's voice coming from a cartoon. And all with no swearing.

You said it best. This was a love letter to cinema. Also, be prepared for a lot of YouTube comments saying Shannon Elizabeth was the Russian girl from American Pie.

This was my favorite movie when I was 13 years old -- which kind of makes sense, it's a perfect 13-year-old boy movie. The gay jokes get a little tiresome after a while, but everything else about it is just a bunch of fun. This was a wide release, and the movie was very heavily marketed, but it suffered from many people going in without knowing anything about the previous Askewniverse films. Imagine someone stepping into this completely fresh. "They're comic book characters? What? Why is Jason Lee playing two different guys? Who are all these people?"

This movie is probably my favorite of the movies in this verse. I saw this at the theatres and my face hurt so much afterwards from the non stop laughing. By far the funniest movie I had seen that year or many years after! I do need to say you missed the post credit scene, I highly recommend taking a look at that.
