New beautiful Tempe's lady :3 Mix between lightning and moonlight dragon!

I wanted to work on character with that type of wings for the longest time, and I'm really happy how she turned out. We can see some backstory going on with her battle scars and prosthetic~ I also feel like her arm could work as a guidance/lightning rod for her lightning magic? Something along those lines.
