Update (Patreon)

The game is done except for some final audio stuff. I plan on releasing the game on November 3rd. If that ends up not being possible, I will let you know in advance.

I'm sorry for sounding certain that I'd have it ready this month. I somehow still have trouble fighting the primordial urge to be unreasonably optimistic in these posts (I can't believe I wrote "sooner rather than later"...). No catastrophe occurred, I've just been tacking on some extra stuff, and it just always takes longer than expected in general.

I definitely made a huge mistake even mentioning that the game existed way back in April. I should've just kept quiet until it was closer to *actually* being done while posting other stuff on the side. Instead I've felt like I'm on the back foot and playing catch-up for over half a year now, and also probably created an uncomfortable amount of anticipation as well...

...it's just a goofy game like all the others! I'm very sorry for how I handled this and I hope you like the game. As previously mentioned, once it's out I will take a short break and then let you know what my plans are for the future.
