Finally finished another drawing! This one will be familiar if you've been on Patreon for a couple months, but at last I have the finished version and associated extras!

For this piece, instead of putting Zelda in Midna's outfit, I wanted the outfit to feel like something custom that would be made for Zelda by the Twili. It is mostly inspired by Midna herself, but there are little touches of originality in there, and I hope you guys like it!

All images in this post will be included in January Patreon rewards.

it takes a while to get them all together so I'm happy to know they're appreciated! it's pretty fun being able to make so many since I keep clothing items on different layers haha

I'm super late on this reply but I just want to say thank you for the long and detailed replies! Even if I'm not always good at answering, it's honestly really cool reading such a detailed analysis of my work. :D I love putting in a strong attention to detail with my outfit designs and stuff, and seeing replies like this really helps affirm to me that those little details aren't lost on certain people! By all means, please keep continuing with text walls if you have a lot to say! I don't mind it at all :)

Duly noted, although it might be a while before I get the chance to do so again, given that this month is already ending and I'm unsure when I'll be back. Still, I know replying takes time, so I don't expect one for each comment I make from anyone. As long as my comments are seen as constructive and/or encouraging, that's a good enough reason for me to keep doing it. There's already more than enough toxicity online for me to waste my own time adding to it, after all. 😛 It's been fun seeing the behind-the-scenes work and the like. In the meanwhile, even though I'm no longer on Twitter, I'll try to keep tabs on what you've done and root from a distance, so to speak. On top of being one of my favorite online artists at the moment, you're a huge reason why I got back to trying to be an artist myself, for which I'm very grateful. Your continued growth and success is both inspiring and very fun to watch, so I hope I'm not gone for too long. I also suppose the upcoming files/timelapses will help keep me occupied, too; the ones I've gotten from you previously truly have been helpful. Alas, more text walls have been built... I didn't even mean it this time, but oh well. XD Until next time, peace! ✌️

Thank you for including so many variants!

Dude... where to begin with this exquisite slice of cheesecake? Well, let's just start by talking about the exceptional work on the outfit. It's clear to see that as you've become more skilled, your outfits designs have taken huge leaps alongside your growth. This piece is a clear reflection of that; creatively and technically, Zelda's Twili robe is easily one of your best yet. Whether it's the wonderfully rendered pieces gold and silver, the beautiful crafty trims along the skirt's edge, the chains and clasp on the top, or the always fun Hyrule-related symbols and hieroglyphics you place in many of your Zelda pieces, there are so many parts to enjoy. It's only more impressive when you're able to see the variations and understand the different and separate parts of the ensemble. You put considerable thought and effort into making this design your own and, by extension, a version of Midna's robe that fittingly represents Zelda. And then there's Zelda herself. I think I'll start by echoing a statement made by a fellow patron when you originally posted the nude version of this piece: even without clothes, your figures still come across as tasteful and not overtly gratuitous. I like that TP Zelda appears to have a long and slender build, and your skin rendering is as impressive and clean as ever here. When I first saw the nude version, I thought Zelda's breasts were too high, although I also understood that to be in preparation for the outfit. That said, if there's one critique I could make, it would be that they still appear to be placed rather high on the torso, even with the "push-up" effect the top would have in my opinion. That said, it's not a distracting feature, so take my opinion with a huge grain of salt if you wish. I really hope you don't mind these text walls in your comments section. This is something I've long enjoyed doing, back to my old DeviantArt days and I honestly missed have the chance to do this with your pieces because of Twitter's character limit. I can't wait until the CLIP/PSD file is ready so I can dissect the process of the piece more closely. All in all, excellent work!
