[6 Panel Reward] Burpy James (Patreon)

Got my first official 6-Panel reward request to share with y'all, and it's, funnily enough, inspired by that huge James sequence I posted last month.  In which, James is stuffed to the brim with a nice, round, sloshy belly, and full of waaaaaay too much gas.
