Trade Caravan (Patreon)

A lot of what makes Kuserra's downtown area thrive is its access to trade caravans from neighboring regions. Every once in an inconsistent while, daring captains with hardy crews and even hardier vehicles will cross the treacherous Deadlands to reach the city. Once there, they will deliver food, textiles, goods and watts, and in exchange, they will take crates of mechanical scrap, salvage and barrels of water from the city. The Redtails offer protection and order while these exchanges are made... so long as they get their cut from each transaction.

There are at least three different cities within a reasonable reach of Kuserra. If it wasn't for the water, though, most caravans wouldn't survive the return trip.
Someone on Discord (Uwerta) asked me recently about industry and trade, and I've been mulling over ideas for an image like this for awhile, so I figured now was a good time to draw it!
